Check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is anytime after 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out is anytime before 10am on the day of your departure.
Early check-in and late check-out is occasionally possible for an additional charge but by prior arrangement only. Any early check-in or late check-out done without prior arrangement will be charged at £50 per half day.
Payments?
All bookings require the deposit to be paid within 3 days of the booking being made to secure the booking.
The remaining balance (including the breakage deposit) is due 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
We accept payment by bank transfer or by debit/credit card.
How do I get the keys?
The keys are kept in a keysafe by the cottage door which allows for flexible arrival anytime after check-in time. There’s no hassle of collecting or dropping off keys, just simply starting your stay straight away!
You will receive the code for the keysafe by email, after the final balance has been paid.
What essentials are in the cottage? Linen & Towels?
All bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are included in your stay. You will also find a small essentials pack of dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, bin liners, washing up liquid, fresh sink cloth. All bathrooms will have hand soap and toilet roll.

Can we unload our bags outside the cottage?
Yes!
For both No.11 The Digey and No.8 The Digey you can drive (very carefully!) down The Digey from the beach end (its one way). There is almost no traffic through The Digey so its usually ok to quickly park up and unload before heading off to park the car.
For No.1 Salubrious Terrace follow the same steps as above but drive almost all the way along The Digey stopping just before Forestreet. You can then unload your bags and carry them up the pedestrian only path on the right just before the bakery.
Lost property?
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any belongings left behind in the cottage. If our housekeepers find any lost property we will email you to arrange if you would like it returned to you with a small charge for whatever the postage total is.
When does my breakage deposit get returned?
We will contact you within 7 days of departure to process the refund of your breakage deposit.
